(If you know):  Dboy[/b] [b]What you have done wrong?(If you know):  I attempt to arrest someone who run away, after hunting her with a RCT, I fire at her legs to slow her down. She then pulled a rifle and tried to kill me. After I manage to kill her, I told her it was somekind of FearRP and called her back to detain her. She accepted to avoid trouble with the admin and came back.  I pat her down and notice that she had no rifle anymore, and asked about it, reporting it to an admin. After a long talk with Dboy, she told us about it and said that she hidd it at the spawn to avoid losing it and getting punished ICly. We both got warned, me for shooting her, and she to avoid ICly punishments. We continued the detaining, sadly without the rifle, and we also lowered the punishment. I knew where the rifle was and been angry about it that she can just grab it after the detaining cycle and start again. So I moved to my other Character Martin Richter and act like I found it somehow, planning to handing it out the Combine. That was my mistake, I metagamed.[/b] [b]Why do you think you should be unbanned?: I am truely sorry about it, it feels like that the most minges in the Server get away with everything, because it's always so hard to proof the Failrp. I did not think about the consequences I pull myself in, not knowing I just reacted like a minge myself.[/b]

Moonlight, you're a good guy. I really did not want to ban you, but you messed up big time and you had to learn your lesson. You have not had any other bad reputation that I know of so it's not like you're a minge. I'm going to let the rest of the admin team decide on this and I'm going to stay neutral. If any other admin wants some info, just lmk :)

How long was he banned for? and not saying what he did was necessarily right but if somebody pulls a rifle on you and attempts to kill you, i ain't stunsticking them and telling them politely to get down.. i'm killin em so personally I don't think he did anything wrong and I believe he was in the right when he shot her, it is bad however that he fired at her to slow her down, but honestly it's just because she wasn't following fear RP I feel like this should have been dealt IC or at worst a kick with a warning

Allow me to explain the entire situation (Something I wrote down for [url=http://pastebin.com/frSD1vrH]the logs[/url] a couple hours ago, slightly enhanced): So the situation as I understand it is Moonlight (101) and the Recruit were on patrol when they saw Valkyrie (Shroomz) with a facewrap on and the Mosin on her back. OOCly Moonlight only saw the facewrap, which he though was contraband, so he had his cop mode engaged. Valk started running when she saw the units, causing Moonlight to take out his shotgun and shoot her in the legs without rp for some reason. Valk ran and hid behind a corner, mosin out and then shot and killed Moonlight when he came around the corner. I could see how it would be taken the wrong way as Moonlight trying to S2k as there was no RP in the first place from either side, it still doesnt make the S2K right. Valk ran and stashed her Mosin in the transtation spawn under a table, not in the trash like he claims (I dont have screens but I can assure you it was under the rightmost table in spawn). It was very unclear and hard to grasp at first because nobody gave me a clear side of the story. IC situation was voided. That was just the start, I then had an admin sit and left the two off with warnings without punishment. During the sit, Shroomz said that the mosin was in spawn twice. Moonlight got upset that she got to stash the Mosin the way she did and took it upon himself to switch to Marcus Richter, go to spawn, and quickly snatch the mosin out from under the table, metagaming the location. Shroomz left when he saw that his mosin was gone. I then told Moonlight to switch to Marcus and he pm'd me this. [PM from CCA-i17:LEGION-02.10166]: rog Martin found it in the spawn, can he give it personally to the Combine ? Later, he told me he metagamed the gun because: [LOOC] CCA-i17:LEGION-02.10166: martin is a CWU worker, he can need the LP [Loyalist Points] The point is, I gave him a fair warning before hand and it was implied that if I saw anything else go on that there would be a punishment. He got upset, metagamed a script and stole it for his own personal gain, and then proceeded to admit to it while lying about its location. I believe 7 days with appeal was just because people item transfer and get pbanned when metagaming and stealing someone's beloved script to benefit a character is arguably worse.  

The thing was that she wasn't even walking behind the corner, she pulled it out in the middle of the street, also I manage to kill her first. [Kerchief are counting as none UU clothes like the dirty coat,that's what I been told in the training] Also the part that she killed me was a OOC moment I guess, she once killed me for fun at the Spawn, but I haven't report this one as failRP. + The part with Martin, I know I did wrong, but I was mad when I notice the gun in the spawn being still there, after I interrogate and punished her IC in the arrest, lowering the punishment because the gun wasn't anymore in her inventory. I thought you would let her keep this one or even forgot about the rilfe, so yes I seen the rifle and I took it with my other character, wanting to hand it the Combine as CWU worker. After you asked for the Gun wanting me to change characters, I did and let you remove it, even when I wouldn't like you to do it, because then the gun would just disappear ICly like it never existed.  

I got a question, I see I will have to live with a punishment, but can we may reduce it a little?, I would like to join the events we do soon, and I am stuck with still 8830 minutes.
